Backstory: To escape from the law for a while, Two-Face has gone to Camp Crystal Lake. When he sends 1 of his thugs to look around the area he doesn't come back, so Two-face and his two thugs go out to investigate.
Two-Face is armed with a Revolver (6 shots), A combat shotgun (8 shots),2 Magnum 44's (5 shots each) , dagger and a 2x4 plank of wood (and his coin) Thug 1 is armed with pocket knife and a baseballbat Thug 2 is armed with a crowbar and brass knuckles Jason is armed with his Machete Two-Face starts in the middle of Camp Crystal Lake Win via Death or Two-Face escapes Camp Crystal Lake alive
Definitely Jason. He's been shot down by a militia of policemen and didn't die, I doubt thugs with guns are gonna be any different. Unless Harvey has a fast car, he's chopped liver.
Jason and easily the guy can literally never die. Just like every other 70's slasher flick character he's never gonna die no matter the amount of bullets pumped into him It's ridiculous but that's how it is.
