Dyspo is too fast for trunks.

Trunks, Dyspo is faster in his fastest mode, he may even be fast enough to completely blitz Trunks given he's not a full blue tier but he simply has nothing that can fully damage Trunks. Dyspo ragdolls him a bit only for Trunks to use some aoe and nuke the rabbit.

Trunks pulls something out of his ass like he did vs Goku Black and stomps Dyspo.

Don't forget that he was able to hurt and overpower Golden Frieza who is, by powerscaling, stronger than Trunks.

He only overhelmed Frieza with his speed, he never did any lasting damage to Frieza.

Dyspo may lack physical strength but he compensate it with his large d***.....i mean speed.

I'm sure Dragon Ball Super's Future Trunks has too much plot armor for Dsypo to overcome. GoD Toppo might not even be able to erase that plot armor.

Tournament of Power arc. Toppo was so egregiously outmatched by Freeza that he went God of Destruction mode. Freeza had done so well against Toppo before that he tried to tank a Hakai attack like he did in the filler before the ToP.

Toppo's hakai absolutely pwned him.

Trunks is never going to touch Dyspo. He’s a really poorly skilled and overly emotional fighter and despite likely having the power advantage he has nothing to go off to match up with the speed of Dyspo. If Dyspo had a way to kill Trunks, he for sure wins, but this is Dyspo’s primary disadvantage actually. We aren’t aware of any attacks he has that would seal the deal here. Justice kick? What’s that going to do? Justice... uhh... Yeah see, there’s not really any moves for this guy.

If Trunk can land a good hit with his sword he wins. If not Dyspo eventually takes him down.

No one has any faith in the Plot Powered Warrior of the Future.

Didn't Frieza just shoot beams at his back while he was in a beam clash with 17? And it wasn't Frieza alone that pushed him to go GoD, it was 17's beam that engulfed him, dragged him across the entire stage and brought him to his knees.

He does have attack options like his energy blade, circle flash and justice crush

Dypso is kind of a weakling. If Gohan can hurt him and trade blows with him, Trunks would probably do just fine depending on his approach to his speed.

I want to say Trunks can use some form of Tactic but its Dragonball so...

Trunks could likely take it if he has any major AoE moves. I’m wondering why Frieza didn’t try to use that AoE move he used in Namek Saga, where he lifted a hand and blew up the island he was on.
