Well it’s as bad a tier as any other. Outversal and Omniversal are still multiversal much like megaversal really just being multiversal. The only tier you can give characters like Lucifer is “above multiversal” tier.

I also want to point out that "Superflow LT" isn't a thing. He died there only because it is a realm where power levels don't matter and combat is just a clash of ideas and metaphors.
