Autobots (No Optimus) vs. Starscream

The Autobots have to take on Starscream. Optimus Prime is absent here so they will have to figure out a way to take him down without him. Takes place in the same city were they had the final battle. Can the Autobots take down the second in command Decepticons without Prime?

• No Optimus Prime So the roster is the one from the 2007 film (Jazz/Bumblebee/IronHide/Ratchet)
• Takes place in the City were they fought
• Win by any means
• Fight begins visible

Considering how many of them there are the autobots should win, but with only 2007 feats, Starscream honestly has a solid chance. He blew off Bumblebee's legs in one pass by and got the better of Ironhide and Ratchet at the same time. His air superiority is a huge advantage and they will have a really hard time touching him. So it would be a close fight either way. If you include all movie feats the team should win, but if you only include 2007 feats Starscream wins.

Pretty much what Alex said. 2007 Starscream handled Ratchet and Ironhide pretty smoothly and I dont think Bumblebee or Jazz pose much of a threat to him.

I’d definitely back the Autobots unless Starscream really abused his flight advantage. Starscream, alongside Grindor and Megatron struggled with Optimus alone, I’d don’t think he can take them by himself.

Starscream pretty much negged Ironhide and Ratchet and he pretty much shook off Ironhide's blasts attacks like nothing. Bumblebee and Jazz are honestly irrelevant here. Starscream wins but Alex is right. If we include anything past Revenge of the Fallen then the Autobots would wreck Starscream.

@x_superkal-el_x: He was killed by special weaponry made by Que. Bumblebee ran for his life from Starscream in ROTF. Maybe Bumblebee from TLK has a chance, but that's about it.

Starscream might be more powerful than each of them individually but tbh I don't see the Autobots losing this even without Prime. Bumblebee and Ironhide can carry.

Autobots Wins, Ironhide carry

Ah, the days when Decepticons were actually a threat and feared. Lets see, it pretty much took all the Autobots minus Bumblebee to take down one Decepticon down as in Brawl. Starscream should be superior to him except the durability stats since he was a literal tank. Going with Starscream here.

Starscream was 1v2ing Ironhide and Ratchet. He overwhelmed them to the point they couldn't go on with Sam. Bumblebee isn't soloing anything and Jazz for sure isn't. I can see this going either way. Autobots having good teamwork like they did against Brawl and ambushed him. Keeping Starscream on the ground is important because he could simply take advantage of flight and blast them to pieces.

Ironhide could solo tbh

Repeating what's been said but Starscream took off Bumblebee's legs despite taking cover in a single strike and incapacitated Ratchet and Ironhide.

Ironhide faces him down while the others get free hits in. Jumping tends to work better in bayformers than G1.

Autobot team wins.

To everyone who keeps using Starscream wounding Ironhide and Ratchet as a smoking gun, you’re all neglecting to mention that Starscream conducted an ambush attack on them while they were escorting Sam. Ironhide and Ratchet were completely caught off guard by Starscream’s ambush attack and were unprepared to mount up a resistance against him, whereas Starscream was more than prepared for that fight and was already shooting at them before they fully processed and adapted to what was going on. Ironhide never got the chance to even shoot back and was effectively nothing more than a human shield for Ratchet, who by the way was the only one who got the chance to shoot back. The duo had a lot of disadvantages that were caused by Starscream ambushing them while they were trying to escort Sam. This is hardly representative of what would actually happen if Starscream confronted a more prepared Ironhide and Ratchet who don’t have Sam or any other humans as a burden.

Adding in Bumblebee and Jazz seals the deal for the team. Starscream can’t defeat all 4 of them at the same time.
