Not inconsistent. Whis trained Goku to have a better KI control. Also from that fight itself, Goku learned to angle his punches, as he did in their 3rd clash of fist, that prevent universal destruction.

They struggle round 3. At that point Mori, Toriko, and Acacia become non factors. Bronze Seiya and GL start pulling all the weight. But the problem is you didn't specify which Bronze Cloth it was, and Saint Seiya is a massive shared universe, so I just went with the original classic Seiya series and used the main character Pegasus. Both him and GL have absolutely broken hax than allows them to scrape by

TECHNICALLY they get much further into the gauntlet because Bronze Cloth Seiya is still stronger than many Gold Cloth saints.Again,the cloth you wear isn't the source of your power,it's like a badge you wear.
Though I understand the intention behind this was to nerf Seiya to acceptable standards,so excluding him they stop at Beerus

I heard Bronze Cloth Seiya is a few million times the speed of light. Wouldn't he blitz the majority? Also, how far in the gauntlet would he go if it was God Cloth Seiya cause I've seen threads where people say Hit can stomp Seiya at his strongest.

The original Bronze Cloth Pegasus wasn't that fast. You must be thinking of Gold Cloth or God Cloth or any one of the sequel series in which the characters got a massive power boost, and even if he was millions of billions of times FTL it'd be in travel speed not combar

I see. I think I'll read or watch this series for myself cause everywhere I hear different opinions. You say he'd stop at Beerus while I saw threads where he's only equal to Gold Cloth Seiya cause of hax and speed advantage.
