She has several mountain level statements outside of the song, she’s too strong regardless of Surface Pressure.

I don't take statements too seriously, I was talking more about her tossing her entire house and also lifting a model town plus a model globe

Toph can't really hurt her unless she gets vicious with piercing attacks. She should be able to bury her after seeing sheer force won't be enough.
