who, by feats, are the fastest characters in fiction? omnipotents or those with unquantifiable speed don't count
1) wally west (the human race)
2) the shrike
@oblivion360: finally someone who knows something about Joe! Dude can rewind time with his speed
OT: Human Race Wally, I forget but either Odin or darkseid flew across the universe in a few seconds, Megaman.exe searched all of the digital world (a universe) in a couple seconds
1. ARCHIE SONIC. Could potentially be infinite. He was able to outrun the time stopper. Sonic raced across multiverses within a day. Sonic traveled to at least 1,000 universes since it was stated in the comic that sonic encountered "a thousand sonics". Now, in the sonic multiverse, every universe has a gap between it which is called the "cosmic interstate". You must run across this interstate to reach another universe; however, only a small portion of it is 148,000 light years. Now, if we seriously lowball this feat and say it took him an entire minute just to travel 148,000 light years, he'd still be moving trillions of times ftl. You'd have to be 31,612,903x the speed of light just to travel one light year within a second. Now, pretending it took him an entire 60 seconds to go across 148,000 light years, he'd be traveling at an incredible 16,615,741,816,800× light speed. That's over 16 trillion times the speed of light. And that's if we lowball.
2. WALLY- do i really need to explain why he's here
3. GAME SONIC - i know a lot of people or going to be on the fence about this but sonic is really fast
in sonic generations he fixed all of time and space by just running bringing back color and life he was in white space he literary gave things energy everything in space was revived now giving something the energy to move is called kinetic energy since movement energy is kinetic energy that's the definition the formula for kinetic energy is 1/2 times m times v squared this is not just an earth feat since the sky was blank which means the far reaches of outer space was in this time and space is a universal feat at least multi galaxy level cause the human eye can actually move other galaxies without using a telescope implying that galaxies have also halted with there powers knocked out most of the things he brought back don't just have kinetic energy they also have a rotational kinetic energy that defines the sum of most of there speeds how much speed does it take to bring back all speeds within the flow of time and space and there is no sign of this feat slowing him down in the slightest implying he can most likely do it again if he wanted to he didn't break one sweat more proof of this lies in the fact that classic sonic's young ass can keep up with him with no difficulty this brings a whole other element into play that i don't even want to get into because it requires assumptions about the gap between classic sonic and modern sonic's speed which we all know is a huge gap he can't boost homing attack or light speed dash he is massively slower let's discuss this universal feat so a universal revival feat through kinetic energy would obviously be unquantifiable and the reason for that would simply because the universe is still not all seen when people talk about the universe they discuss the known parts therefore we don't know his limits however the ground that we can actually see that was covered still count then if any other ground outside of the ground that we have able to record then that would actually make sonic's speed faster i'm going to low ball his speed to be able to support and revive the known universe and i don't even have hose calculations so this is going to be a low ball because sonic has done more and another thing you have to realize that sonic thought it was just another adventure he didn't even realize what he was doing and another thing that he quotes "we better run like there is no tomorrow" that's because it started on his birthday and ended on his birthday which means this feat took him under a day or less so bringing back the universe is no small order take the sun for example one second of the sun emits 386 septillion joules of kinetic energy so because the sun wave 994 octillion kilograms we will have to find the velocity for the sun weight and that would be 0.00039 meters per second for someone who weighs as mush as sonic he would have to bend up his speed a great deal so the velocity for for sonic's weight would actually be 114 octillion meters per second or 7117 miles per second so to multiply that again to be able to get one day of the sun there are 86,400 seconds in a day so the velocity needed for one day of the sun would be over 69 million miles per second and the velocity needed for one year of the sun would actually increase to over 2 decillion miles per second the velocity needed for five billion years of the sun which is the average life force of the sun will be over eleven tredecillion miles per second there are roughly 100 million stars like our sun in the Galaxy that only accounts for 0.1 percent of all stars in the Galaxy so let's multiply our sun by 100 million for all the star like ours you would get one sexdecillion miles per second and like i said that is .1 percent of the stars in our galaxy
game sonic at least one sexdecillion miles per second
Fate/Extra CCC's Gilgamesh's speed kept pace with an omnipresent being who exist above and across space-time in every point of time; can't get faster than that.
Umineko's Battler Ushiromiya surpassed the concept of distance with his speed, then at the end of the series was able to infinitely go beyond even that.
Umineko's Willard H. Wright tagged a being on the level of Battler.
The number 1 fastest though is DJ Keemstar from Halo 3 and Drama Alert.
