Toneri NEVER pulled the moon towards the planet at such speeds like Selene just did.
But sadly people will still find a way to downplay her feat lol.
As for who wins the fight? Dunno but still siding with toneri for now. We wait for translations, until its confirmed that selene did indeed physically moved or enlarged the moon, if she did then she she stomps toneri(cuz her feat would be planet level).

Anyway, if that moon feat is right, Selene needs to get one hit in to get the job done. Toneri is a glass cannon, but he is faster. I'll say Toneri 6/10, since Selene doesn't have durability feats right now to survive a moon cutter beam.
Otsutsuki’s dimension travel, so again, Selene BFRing(Which is still the best she can do) wouldn’t be 100% useless, even against Toneri, he doesn’t use it cause he’s already close to earth via the moon, so no need.

Where is the feats of Toneri dimensional traveling? I'm not giving out handout feats to someone who hasn't shown it. You don't see anyone using Sternritter's abilities for Ywhach or the S12 abilities for August. If the ability is never shown then it's not applicable. You are just giving feats to someone who doesn't have them.

First of all, when has Selene ever done this? Alternate timeline? She’s a dragon who can crosses current dimensions. An Otsutsuki can easily do the same thing, alternate or not, plus flying from planet to planet, besides, Urashiki traveled back in time so that’s nothing. So It’s nothing to get hyped about when they can easily replicate it.

He hasn’t used it on panel, but that doesn’t mean he can’t, already proved Otsutsuki’s can travel dimensions and he’s one too. Momoshiki even done it through boruto’s body, despite not using it on panel himself.
And like I said, they were already flying above earth/moon close to earth so why do they need to waste their energy on opening a portal for? When they can simply fly down there? Easy.
So don’t try taking that away from toneri to downplay him, just cause he didn’t use it on panel.
