Toneri Vs Momoshiki: Who has the better feat?

As it says, Toneri's Moon Splitter versus Momoshiki's infamous Tailed Beast Bomb.

Which feat is greater overall? Taking all factors into account.

As far as enviornmental damage is concerned, Toneri.

Factoring in the damage done to Naruto, Momoshiki.

Toneri attack had a bigger AOE, but was generally weaker

The one that knocked naruto out even though he was full cloaked

Toneris beam is bigger but not as potent

Momoshiki is stronger, thus his attacks should be far more potent.

He was breaking Perfect Susano'o and SPSM Kurama cloak, after all. Toneri couldn't harm KCSM/BSM, that says it all. Even if you take it as SPSM, he still couldn't harm him at all.

Momo had a far more potent attack meanwhile Toneri had an attack that covered a diameter larger than the moon but was still potent.

longer/range attacks are usually less potent as energy is divided into a bigger/longer area, momoshiki is overall much stronger more so with the hype of the new boruto arc.

DC= toneri is by far the highest in the series atleast the shown feats.
