Yeah Id probably give it to toneri he ultimately scales a bit higher than their typical threshold

If by a bit you mean astronomically higher, then you are right. Otherwise, you don't make sense.

Law solos

Law solos. Can do it a multitude of different ways

1. Can Shambles his Truth Seeking Orbs back in his face.

2. Can soul swap him into another body

3. Can flat out just use standard Room to incapacitate him which he can't regen from as it his not standard amputation and treats limb as if is still attached.

I see that Kizaru and Law, everyone's favorite One Piece middle fingers to other verses are here again. I'll humor it this time. If you are equalizing energies, like haki=chakra, then Toneri makes all three of them look like fodder. He stomps so hard it isn't even funny. But if you are not, then the usual arguments go something like: hoW DoeS he BeAt KiZaru? kiZArU is iNTangiBLE" and all that jazz. So in that case who knows, since the point of pitting Kizaru against Naruto characters without energy equalization is to prove how invincible he is without it I guess. It's weird tbh, but if in your mind he cannot be hit under any circumstances, then I really don't see the point of any of these fights.

1. He can touch his own orbs so thats not doing anything

2. The only other body is kizaru and chakra is part of the soul its really not doing anything

3. Cutting him up is stopping him since he can still use telekinesis

He'd oneshot law and absorb kizaru

Fujitora is getting super fuck here's, and law isn't fast enough to fight him imo, so it's gonna be kizaru vs toneri, and it doesn't if toneri can't hit him or not. Kizaru is fodder to him and would never even damage toneri. It's likely a stalemate due to him being intangible

Actual instances of him applying his high end TK in battle???

The only stat Toneri surpasses the team in is defenses. Law easily bypasses that.

With the Logia Intang on or not on Kizarus light beams would still vape straight through him; Toneri has no healing factor from being vaped

& Kizaru is a good combatant with his sword up close while being SIGNIFICANTLY faster
