Delta GG since Naruto beat Toneri in a weaker form. N since Delta is a Android Toneri probably can’t absorb her chakra. Instead he will be the one that gets his chakra absorbed lol.

The only thing I can think of for toneri is Tsb or his telekinesis.

He can control a golem. He could blow Delta away when she tries to attack with his gravity manipulation. He can use his TSB to defend himself from her attacks.

He can swap hands for a bit and can probably win.

It depends, If this was the last Toneri that had absorbed most of Naruto's Chakra+Sun Chakra then Toneri win easily no diff.

now, if this is Toneri that fought on par with 50% BSM naruto then he may lose.

IMO this could go either way.

Has I've already said in another thread Delta outclasses Toneri in some stats, while Toneri outclasses Delta in other stats. Physically I'd say that Delta is superior since she was able to keep up and harm Current Naruto (yup, I know that Naruto didn't go all out and tried to not kill her), also giving her the speed advantage (extremely fast regeneration and tricky body transformations included).

Surely the Light Beam, aka Light Fang 2.0, capable of overpowering the strongest of regenerative abilities is the deadliest power that Delta has. It's damn fast and extremely unpredictable without knowledge and/or precog.

Then we have Toneri that (massively) outclasses Delta in DC and versatility. Ya know. . . effortlesly cut in half the moon and casually destroyed large portion of it. . . telekin. powers, Puppet Technique, Gudoudama used as cocoon-shields and spammed as a Barrage. Let alone that, with the power of the Tenseigan, Toneri was also capable to sent to moon towards the earth.

Now, can Delta absorb Toneri's attacks? Debatable. . . IMO if Toneri realizes how her absorbition power works, then he will be able to replicate what Naruto did (overcharging her). After all Tenseigan is said to possess enough power to revive a destroyed planet.

Edit: Leaning toward Toneri IF he can use his full arsenal, that means his Puppet Army and Hamura's Moon Golem.

Delta wank is strong here. Shes Kage level in raw stats at Best. She only actually harmed Naruto due to Hax, which at best out her at Hokage level(?) and Naruto had to jobb in order to protect the Kids. An all out battle wouldve led to too much risk.

Delta has better stats but Toneri has a better arsenal overall as well as his golem, he should win.

Naruto focused his entire cloak onto his arm, the same that seconds earlier allowed Naruto to run through Toneri's GWRE. Lets not downplay here.

Imo Delta is fodder, she has a limit to how much chakra she can absorb so he could just overload her and then cut her down with GWRE.

Her physicals are not up to par with what knocked him out so.... lol good luck to her with the H2H.

@spsamurai: where does it say he focused ALL his chakra cloak in his arm?? That was just a particle chakra transformation.

Toneri was taking multiple physical hits from a fully cloaked Naruto. The same cloaked Naruto then tanked a GWRE. Theres zero evidence to suggest Naruto can just waltzed trough a GWRE with just partial transformation and one shot Toneri

@manimalman: I think you're comparing energy and physical durability, which aren't always equal. Everyone knows for the most part Naruto characters have shit piercing durability, so Delta injuring Naruto isn't really a surprise.

You're right it could go either way but I'm leaning more towards Toneri due to TSB, GWRE, and TK.

@invadedtbd: generally, there isnt a difference between energy and physical durability. If toneri's attack had no trouble going through moon but couldnt cut naruto. Hid body cant just decide to ignore force of an attack simply because its energy based.

GWRE is also a piercing/cutting attack.

@lilgodperv: It does mean everything naruto not holding back would easily beat delta, yes adult naruto is stronger but it was stated he haven’t train for years. That takes a lot from him . Now if we use actual feats , I don’t see delta beating toneri.

Toneri cleaves the bitch in half she has no feats anywhere close to toneri or naruto for that matter, harming naruto isn’t a feat he has been hurt by way less cough cough(Shin Uchiha) knocked out by himiwari even though he has resistance to gentle fist and to top it off hokage naruto is consistently portrayed as being rusty since he’s stuck in his office all day doing paperwork so yea you can’t really scale naruto characters like dragonball or yyh because their stats are’nt linear across the board and they have different strengths/weaknesses as well as split durability hell you can even argue that naruto only tanked toneri’s attacks due to having resistance to yin yang release
