Who wins and why?

Toneri is strong enough to actually take this, but the problem is that he won't be able to tank even one good attack from Boros. To add insult to injury, he is outclassed in physicals, and Boros' durability means that the moon cutter may be his only support here. That being said, Boros wins.

I'd wanted to say Toneri due to mindset, but since bloodlusted negates such things, I think Boros probably due to logically better regen.

The ninja versatility argument doesn't really work for Toneri since he isn't actually a ninja (more of a god) and almost definitely hasn't learned any mainstream ninjutsu (except puppetry, which is useless at higher level battles without proportionally stronger puppets which Toneri clearly doesn't have).

I do think this would be a fun fight for Boros however.

@God_Vulcan: Yes Boros will win here as he is physically superior but not stomp. Anyone saying Boros can stomp Toneri is delusional. I think you are quoting me here due to my argument about Naruto gauntlet thread. Boros and Garou are two different people and ABC logic cannot be apply here. Boros has physical superiority to Toneri but Garou hasn't.

@god_vulcan: Power scaling is hard in both of these situations because fighting Saitama isn't a feat. It's like saying two people punched a brick wall and nothing happened so they must be the same strength. Saitama is so much more powerful than either that their fights with him are basically a zero sum. They are both really hard to scale due to this reason.

Yeah, also his only shot would be the Moon cutter (I know is not its name but I like to call it that) and to be honest I don't think it is as powerful as it should be, his range is impressive though.

@purpledeadragon: I think that attack could cut Boros in half, but like we've seen, he would just regen. Boros can come back from what Toneri throws at him, Toneri can't come back from Boros' hits.

Did Toneri even have TSB's or any crazy hax like Ash bones? I only watched the movie once so I can't recall. I still don't see him surviving a bloodlusted unlimited CSRC spam.

I remember that Toneri had the truth seeking balls.

@larcadedragneel: I thought he had some weird green orbs, that looked similar but had different properties.

@trueaustralian: I rewatched the fight and yeah they were truth seeking balls. However, they started to match his tenseigan cloak during the fight turning green.

@god_vulcan: Boros can regenerate or reconstitute, he has no marble so even if he was reduced to a single scrap of meat, he should be able to regenerate a whole body with "unlimited Meteoric Burst"

@god_vulcan: I doubt that attack would completely destroy Boros, it would more likely cut him in half or severely damage him.

@god_vulcan: Show me his marble? Also, I recall this OP saying unlimited MB when it was first posted, am I mis-remembering that?

@god_vulcan: I imagined it was the gravity core you were thinking of. My first post months ago in this thread was made under the assumption that Boros had unlimited MB as well, perhaps I was mistaken then when I first made the post, who knows?
