Doesn't get past DMS Kakashi. If Juubi Madara wasn't immortal I'd place DMS Kakashi above him.

@oreoghoul: Toneri cut the Moon in half. He kept up with Naruto, etc. He has Rinnegan abilities, and a chakra cloak.

@oreoghoul: Madara has 1 Rinnesharingan, 2 Rinnegan, 1 Ten Tails + 1 God Tree absorbed. Has decades of fighting experience, etc. He also has a jutsu, that is, as fast as light itself.

I think he loses to Guy, a punch for the last Naruto was enough to OHKO him.

The only real person he should lose to is kakashi due to hax and kaguya. In terms if stats, he murders everyone else. Madara would win too but only due to immortality.

Toneri was stated to have power around kaguya so theres literally no way he can stop at anyone besides her. And if course the hax people like kakashi but hed beat kakashi since hes way faster than him and even if he wasnt, he could just outlast him since kakashi ain't touching Toneri.

Plus if he ever needs to, he can just throw a moon at the planet.
