He was actively trying to kill them and Tobirama put the tag on him without him even noticing it happened at all. He also avoided an alive Madara multiple times and even placed a tag on his Kunai without him reacting to it. Madara even stated that he knew what Tobirama was going to do but wouldve been caught by his attack otherwise

No, guys. Itachi hasn't any chance. Tobirama killed Izuna in the past (was said equal to Madara), without Gojou Kibakufuda and Edo Tensei.

The GinKin Squad are comparated to Gokage. They killed Nidaime Raikage. Imagine two pseudo-jin, maybe Kakuzu and other 20 shinobi.

Tobirama could beat using hirashin, suidanha, gkf, speed blitz, edo tensei. Itachi only has Totsuka's sword. Amaterasu is slower than Yondaime Raikage. Tobirama can evade with sensor and hiraishin or even only with his speed.

Tobirama has a powerful body due to his senju elite lineage and is a genius is sensor and very fast combine that with Hirashin, Kage bushin and high pressure fast suitons and you have a Shinobi capable of killing Itachi in one hit. Uchiha will only survive a few minutes due to Susanoo, but that doesn't change the final outcome of the fight.

Nidaime would have trouble finishing tank tops like the Hulkage, now Shinobis like Itachi who depends on her chakra defense to be durable and can keep her for just a few minutes ... Nidaime would hardly lose!

Still Tobirama. He is pretty decent counter for him and as someone mentioned, his intelligence isnt that far off from Itachi's.
