King Shark shouldn't be underestimated though. He too appears to have a healing factor of his own and his limit of his strength is unknown. So it's possible he might be alot stronger. Taken from DC wiki.
Superhuman Strength: Monstrous strength, the exact limits of which have never been measured.
Also as for King Shark's healing factor, which I mentioned. He's capable of regenerating missing limbs. As it's said on here in wikipedia.
Following the Final Crisis, King Shark's jaw is broken after being cleaved wide open and later his left arm is ripped off his body during a battle but grows back.
I do agree though that Tiger Shark has the advantage in speed.
Tiger wins easyTiger Shark is able to lift about 100 tons while in contact with water. (This strength level is very fluctuating, it's almost as he has a new strength limit depending on the writer) He has superhuman stamina and durability, but his powers slowly decrease as he spends time out of water. He can breathe both air and water and swim at 60 mph. He also has a more shark-like form which he transforms between irregularly.
