Done many times
I go with TR because his power is plot armor
without the plot armor why else do you think he wins.
@damnineedabreak: He exists in a level way beyond the Multiverse, and the character that he fought was a DC editor.
LV is known for jobbing sadly.
@deagonx: Thought Robot is in a level way beyond the Multiverse mate.
And yes his power is plot armor.

Depends on what you mean by "Multiverse." According to the DC Multiverse Map, he's definitely inside the Multiverse. But he is outside of the physical universes.
That said, he doesn't have the power to destroy a universe or an infinite multiverse singlehandedly.

And no, his power is not plot armor. CAS existed on panel for like, a collective 15 pages. So it shouldnt be hard to produce evidence if this is really the case.
I would have to say CAS is equal or a little higher than TLT. atleast he exist outside an infinite Multiverse and TLT hasn't brush well with beings on that level like Thanos(HOTU and Regulator) and Beyonders
@deagonx: Have you seen the map of the DC universe?
Watch where Thought Robot and Mandrakk fought they are both Outversal.
He doesn't have the power to destroy a unvierse you say?
He can end the entire Multiverse with a blink, and the timlines are infinite.
How isn't his power plot armor if his ability is to be as strong as he needs to be to counter any future threat?
Mandrakk would have won otherwise.
Thought Robot doesn't have plot armor. But TLT wins in a stomp. He has clear infinite multiversal feats. TR doesn't even have clear universal feats.

Yes. This map, right?
Nil is inside of the Source Wall. Therefore it's part of the "Multiverse" as DC views it. But again, I acknowledged that they were outside of the universes of the Orrery. However, their location doesn't indicate their power. They cant simply destroy the Multiverse on a whim.

There's no evidence of that. He never destroyed a universe nor did he ever indicate that he could.

Being able to adapt or become stronger isn't the same as plot armor. It was never implied or stated he had plot armor or anything like some sort of pre-destined role as Protagonist to win.
Mandrakk would have won otherwise.
Arguably Mandrakk did win. CAS was damaged beyond repair by the fight, and Mandrakk only lost because he couldn't survive being in the Overvoid.
Pretty sure the 6th dimension comes under the source wall and destiny's book.
The 6th Dimension is outside the wall, according to Mxy. He said that before the Source Wall was destroyed, only Perpetua and her sons could go to the 6th Dimension, and he said now that it is destroyed he might be able to get there using all his power. This statement only makes sense if the Source Wall was a barrier between them. Scott Snyder also confirmed this.
Pretty sure the 6th dimension comes under the source wall and destiny's book.
other than that, its one of the highest plane of existence.

yes but its a little confusing on how she said it. why say from the sixth and the highest plane of existence. when you could be more clear and say from the sixth the highest foundation or something more clear unless I'm interpreting it wrong.
@deagonx: I agree with most of what you have said in this thread. However, although Thought Robot doesn't have many feats to properly scale his power, Thought Robot is at least Universe+ and that's due to the fact that he beat a character that was Universe+ (Mandrakk).

unless u interpret it like Mike Carey saying universe isnt impressive in this battle.
@damnineedabreak: I don't disagree with that. I was just saying that Thought Robot is more than a galaxy buster.

She's using two adjectives to describe it, but speaking poetically. It is the sixth plane of existence, and it is the highest plane of existence. "The Sixth and highest plane of existence"

i get the analogy, but i never understood why the people said stuff like TLT appeared in 16th Dimensional space and say thats above the 6th dimension when both interpretation of that are different from each other.

Been done a trillion times.
