Thorfinn should win. He's faster with even better durability and pain tolerance feats than Matt, plus his bladed weapons make him more lethal as well. He also has ranged options with his throwing knives, though that's not his go to in a 1v1. Only advantage Matt should have is skill (and radar sense for whatever that's worth.)
