Don't know why this is still going? Is Thor more powerful than Wonder Woman? Yes. Is it possible for both combatants to kill each other? Yes.

The only real way I can see Thor winning here is to start the fight with lightning all around him so Diana will have no way of blitzing him.

The major flaw with that is simple its out of character for Thor to do that. Thor mainly fights people like a brawler to test the water.

Its Thor's own character traits that will lead him to his doom. Diana is fast and does not mess around with people.

Thor will find him self in a constant staggered state taking punches from Diana at speeds he can't react too.

Thor will be in a state of slow motion compared to Diana's speed. So everything Thor tries to do will be in slow motion from the eyes of Diana.

Once Diana realizes that Thor can take a massive beating from someone like her. Diana will have no choice but to use the sword on Thor which will put him down for good.

I don't now why the OP thought "to make it fair" Diana needs heat vision and ice breath. With her VASTLY superior speed, an unbreakable lasso that can be placed around Thor before he can even realize it happened and bind him and/or command him to surrender (if this is PRE N52 Diana, the lasso has contained the likes of Superman, Captain Marvel and Ares; if this is N52 Diana, the lasso has contained the likes of Mongol and Darkseid SIMUTANEOUSLY) and an atoms splitting sword that can can chop him to cat meat at bewildering speeds (if it pierced Darkseid, it can DEFINETELY cut Thor) the only result in this battle can be: WONDER WOMAN WINS.

Diana cuts off the Slowdinson and has enough time to bake cookies.
