Thor vs Lilith (End of Evangelion)

Who wins?

While I love you using NG:E characters in battles, I don't really know, Lilith's powers were kinda abstract, heck, SHE was abstract, she did bring on the end of the world, caused wide spread hallucination, and made people explode (or turn into LCL fluid technically). How would Thor stop her? 

Lilith but it depends on the version of Thor.
