Thor VS Lightray

-Win by any means.

Thor will find it impossible to tag Lightray given his speed, but I'm not sure of Lightrays offense to my memory.

One-shots Mongul with a super-speed attack.

If you guys want more Lightray feats, I can easily provide more.

Thor due to mjolnir being able to absorb anything thrown by light ray and since they will be air born Thor travel speed is greater

Lightray is clearly faster where it counts. Thor is more powerful and versatile.

I think Lightray's motherbox cancels out Mjolnir.

So what we have left are their innate power and physical stats.

• Lightray can brawl with Orion so he is close to Thor in the physical department such as strength and durability.
• Speed is Lightray's vast advantage it's not debatable.
• Lightray has been shown to explode matter and casually create a sun or multiple suns. He is so powerful he can even create a nova burst, or rearrange atoms. Thor can manipulate the weather to a limited degree.

I give Lightray the win.

We need more Lightray. It'd be cool to see more of what he's capable of.

Here Black racer said he's as fast as Lightray. Probably hyperbole since even the Flash has difficulty with the Racer's speed. But still.....

Yes. Metron boom tubed the Racer to earth. That is also his 1st appearance. Thank God they upgraded his ridiculous outfit.

Considering how Lightray casually posed a challenge to Orion and Takion (w/ highfathers staff) ... power isn't the issue here, output wise Thor holds the W, but this isn't a shoot-out....Lightray holds Ws in versatility, energy manipulation, and obviously every form of speed .... Tbh, this would only be fair if Lightray was obligated to promote dialogue between the two mid battle so he can be slow enough for Thor to see hear, let alone hit.

I may be a little biased but I would say Lightray wins due to speed and energy manipulation.

Lightray does not have damage output to damage Thor. He will need to consistently attack him to hurt him and put him down.

Thor still blitzes.

Lightray should stomp. Wonder Woman had a hard time trying to tag him.

Um........but he has the output to damage Orion, same dude who tanks energy blades that harm Superman, no sells godly transmutation, shakes off Apokolips tech, consistently tanks eye beams/punches from both Superman and Darkseid .... Thor is tanky, moreso than Orion IMO but to suggest that someone like Lightray who can harm the likes of Takion can't even damage Thor is ridiculous .... especially since he has the feats and all the time in the world to pull off any attack he wants before receiving any damage due to his overwhelming speed.

@ancient_0f_days: Well while Thor is less durable than Superman and Orion, he has pretty good energy resistance.

So does Orion, Takion effortlessly oneshotted Cap Atom, GL Kyle and Wally Flash with no effort but still took damage from Lightray's blasts/speed, considers his physical hits "hard" and overall states that Lightray is "nearly as powerful" as Takion himself. If we take that statement any further and actually compare Lightray to Takion .... well, I wont do that....Lightray should be able to win easily without comparing his feats to Takions too much

Lightway is incomprehensibly faster than Thor and has the damage output to hurt Thor. He can win this.
