I'll answer for the fun of it lol. Thor wins. Unlike superman he won't just go for brute force and since he probably doesn't care for doomsday as he would hulk he would let out puriest of lighting, godblast, thermo blast capable of decimatin and entire ego sized planet, teleport him to the limbo death dimension. So many ways really.
