There's no indication that his strength has improved at all, all of his recent buffs have been to do with his lightning powers. With that in mind there's no reason to believe he's not still weaker than the Hulk, so he stops somewhere around 5.
Likely clears.
Are you actually joking? There's no indication that Thor has had any strength amp whatsoever, recent buffs are all lightning power or weapon buffs. Even if we assume he's had strength buffs corresponding in power to his other buffs that still does not place him in Superman/Doomsday league. Even if we assume it does he's not getting over Doomsday's massive leverage advantage.
@aka_aka_aka_ak: I'm not really here to debate feats that I have debated at length on before. I think Thor is stronger because I think his feats are better. More specifically the feat of moving the rings of Nidavellir. In my personal opinion that should at least put him on the pay-grade as Doomsday and Superman. And it likely puts him above.

That is his only strength feat post Ragnarok and it's a feat we cannot quantify at all, we have no idea the forces involved, gravity, masses, etc.
@aka_aka_aka_ak: I'm sure you've seen the arguments for the feat before. I don't really feel like rehashing them.
