And Kara is still too fast, her HV likely will harm him and freeze breath is one shot. MMH can shot him morals off, too fast and too strong + his powers are more broken.

Livewire by feats is more powerful than Thor. Absorbing entire National City electricity for 8 hours, stalemating Reign, returning to Fort Rozz ship which were moving ftl and more versatile. Only water is her weakness.
