Stops at Kaneki. Especially in his dragon form, he just doesn't have enough speed in between bursts to put him down permanently.

R2: Stormbreaker

Raw physicals/speed/etc. is just too much. AOE burst and manipulation of lightning is too much

Stops at Ayato (rounds 1-3, especially Urie, can win as well if they blitz at the start though)

If they don't blitz or can't cut him none of them stand a chance. I don't care to argue about whether they could cut him.

@kingcrimson: Lol ya caught me. But seriously I hesitate to comment because this is such a strange match up. These are two groups you don't usually imagine taking each other on, and there is a myriad of factors to consider when comparing the two. Overall I think Thor definitely clears the 2nd round and probably the first round too. The only things that the TG characters have against him is speed, the fact their kagune are piercing weapons, and their regen. You could argue against whether or not they could pierce Thor because I don't believe he has any insanely impressive Piercing durability feats, but even so with all that's he's tanked before some of his other durability feats should cross over and apply, at least to some degree, to his piercing durability.

EDIT: Though, I would say a lot of the people in this list have skill over him as well - and having speed, skill, regen and a way to harm somebody is enough factors to pull a win, right?

@standardized: What do you mean exactly when you say star level? Do you mean to say he can’t be hurt by anything less than a star?

Do any of the ghouls have electricity resistance feats on that level?

@kingcrimson: I mean those factors will help them go along way but I just don't see any of them actually putting him down.

@doofasa: Kaneki’s kagune has blocked electricity on panel, and Eto has no-sold lightning from Narukami. Yomo seems to be immune to it as well, seeing as he fried Mutsuki alive whilst lying in the water he was using to conduct his electricity and he was fine.

You might infer from Eto and Kaneki’s kagune being able to take the blasts that all kagune can do so, or it might be that only the high-tier ghouls can deal with it. IMO, certainly the other Kakuja’s should have some degree of resistance to it, if not as much as Ken and Eto.

Everyone on list is FAR faster to point they probably wont be tagged.

Only question is who can put Thor down. Thor doesn't really have a litany of cutting feats so its hard to say.

Feats for Ken Kaneki specifically? I’ve heard he’s pretty impressive.

@saibotsan: The bolt against Hela wasn’t anywhere close to the Sokovia explosion, which only happened because of the Vibranium core.

@thevvitchking: The alien metal barely touched him (you can slow it down and see most of it evades to his sides).

casually one-shotting Kakuja Eto who could take attacks that sliced through material stronger than steel. Thor’s piercing durability isn’t good.

@oreoghoul: Come one that’s a weak excuse It evades to his sides because he’s the one who’s tearing through it imagine plunging your legs down metal structure and getting dragged by a high speed spaceship for hundreds of meters do you kniw what would happen? They would be mangeled yet Thor didn’t get so much as small a paper cut from alien metal that’s made to contain a neutron star

And Thor took attacks from Hela who can obliterate Asgardian metal that’s leagues beyond anything on earth he’s gonna need better feats to harm him
