Thor (MCU) & Superman (DCEU) vs Avengers & Guardians of the Galaxy (MCU)

Thor & Superman are both bloodlusted.

Round 1: Avengers and Guardians have no knowledge attack is coming.

Round 2: Thor can't fly.

Round 3: Batman & Flash (DCEU) are added to Avengers & Guardians team. They get 5 hours prep time.

R1: Either Supes or Thor solo

R2: Superman solos and does Thor most likely

R3: Batman solos

Thor and Clark all rounds too much durability, power, and speed. Adding a clumsy kid flash won't help

Strange, stark, and hulk make this close, but I'll give it to the duo

Duo easily

Either Clark or Thor solos all rounds.

Also cool images of both with the glowing eyes.

Thor isn't soloing, Wanda and Dr Strange alone are better than him, although the latter is not a Avenger. Clark is probably too fast though.

In round 1 and 2 the duo wins because of Clark.

In the prep battle Supes will actually go down pretty quickly because he has an actual weakness that Batman will use to kill him. With a Kryptonite spear in Flash's hands Superman dies quick.

Then Thor gets killed by multiple people who are pretty powerful like Iron Man, Wanda, Vision, Hulk, Dr. Strange etc.

The only round the avengers might win is round 3 and that's only if Batman has access to kryptonite.
