Clark's definitely damaged and probably dazed but he'll survive.

Considering what stormbreaker did to Thanos with a casual swing this will at most cut Superman in half and at least leave with a big wound going up is body.

He completely shrugged off a punch from Zod that straight-up overpowered his speedblitz and sent him flying miles in the opposite direction through multiple buildings (he collapsed one of them), and a weakened Clark earlier in the movie destroyed the World Engine that casually tanked a massive city block level+ shockwave, with a single speedblitz while simultaneously resisting the gravity beam.

And he's taken a couple of hits from Post-Nuke Doomsday (who at that point of time evolved beyond the physical capabilities of the newborn Doomsday who was much stronger than Zod, according to the VFX supervisor) that also overpowered his speedblitzes with his punching power, and came out completely unscratched, so if you think that^ is gonna stagger him, or leave him dazed when it didn't even do anything to the Hulk.. then you're just lying to yourself.

Edit: Didn't know it was stormbreaker. He'd feel it for sure, but it's not splitting his head in half.
