The only way I could see Majestic winning is with speed. He has almost no impressive striking or durability feats.

Majestic is stronger, faster, a more tactical fighter and is more skilled then both of them. Couple that with his blades, whether they be his shape shifting sword, his cleft blade, or his creation blades, he should go through them pretty handily. Add all that with morals off and I can see Thor and Sentry getting decapitated in short order
