Because most of the MK fans on this site don't know the power levels of their own verse and continually post mismatches like this one, Raiden and Kahns best showing is from an ending that said their battle was shaking the planet, but that's basically it, they didn't crack the planet, they didn't bust it, and like I've said in the past even that statement about shaking it could be hyperbole because we don't get to see the fight happen, as for Shinnok Shawn Kittelsen who writes the MK X comic has said that with the amulet Shinnok would be at Wonder Woman/Superman level.

But even taking all of that into account they don't have the quantity or quality of feats to put them on a level where they could beat team one, they have general statements as to where their power levels are, Thor and Darkseid have shown their power on numerous occasions and it far eclipses anything that team MK have displayed.

First off, it's "Shinnok" not "Shinock".

Second of all, I agree with the first part, but seriously? If you admitted you know absolutely nothing about EG Raiden (and that the entire MK-verse for that matter) then how come you suggest he's below Cassie Cage?

EG Raiden was so powerful that he couldn't interfere during the Deadly Alliance events due to his sheer power and had to give up his EG status in order to stop them. He was basically powerful beyond understanding.

Even if we're using the most powerful incarnations of Darkseid and Thor (which would contradict OP), EG Raiden still takes it.

Yes, anyone from team 2 could solo without trouble due to EG Raiden/Shinnok being omnipotent at full power and Kahn being invulnerable at full power due to realms merging. MK team takes it handily.

Shaw kahn is invulnerable but he's dead

@torniedo: You do realize that if we give each character the most powerful amps they've ever gotten, both Darkseid and Thor are universal+. EG Raiden and Shinnok have no feats backing up their supposed omnipotentce and Shao Kahn isn't above planet level in any circumstances.

Rune King Thor and True form Darkseid can solo stomp the entire MK verse with ease.

Those versions are vastly unnecessary. Regular Thor's Godblast would delete MK verse easily and Darkseid could just OB them into oblivion without even moving his body. MK verse is far, far, faaaar below DC/Marvel, and that's a good thing. Because MK is about Martial Arts, not about destroying planets.
