Gaea is closer to power to Odin than she is Thor. In fact, it can be debated she's on Odin's level or even above.
Thor gets a spanking then gets grounded and gets Mjolnir taken away. Gaea then divorces Odin for sending their son to kill her and gets Asgard as compensation lol.
I remember she no sold an angry Silver Surfer, Hulk, and Dr. Strange at the same time. She could probably one shot Thor.
