No he's not. No one knew his weakness for YEARS and regardless he can't exploit it. Sage Naruto has a lot more strength behind his hits than Minato. He's also not faster w/o his instant teleportation, and how to touch him? Just keep rushing him and forcing him to use Hirashin. Hirashin uses a lot more chakra than just running and punching somebody. He'll far outlast Minato and if he touches him, Minato dies.

Such as....? The only time he's ever sealed anybody or thing was Reaper Death Seal which is stalemate. Anything else is baseless speculation.

3rd raikage wins unless Minato figures out his weakness, but you need context of his battle with eight tails to even remotely understand why, which Minato will not have.

it's never been used to seal anyone ever. Like I said, speculation. Also, he'd need Reaper Death Seal since Raikage has the chakra of a Bijuu.

Bumping. I think people are severely overestimating the strength and power of the Third Raikage. It is true, he is durable and fast. However, Naruto was able to beat him with a clone. That means if Naruto had 2 clones summoned, he beat the Third Raikage at 50% power. If Naruto had 1000 clones summoned, he would have beat him with 0.1% of his power.

If we use Minato with his Bijuu form, then he would be able to defeat the Third Raikage quite easily. Keep in mind that

Third Raikage = 8 tails

Fourth Hokage > 9 tails

9 tails > 8 tails

Without the Bijuu form, Minato would have some troubles defeating the Raikage, but I think he would be able to come out on top.

Weakened Edo raikage was fast enough to keep up with KCM Naruto to the point in which he had to get saved and KCM Narutos raw speed got directly compared to Minatos teleportation speed.

The only argument you could really make for Minato is sage mode. He could target the wound just like naruto, but to be honest, I could make a solid argument for naruto being smarter than Minato in battle & he still had to rely on pre knowledge. Even if we assume Minato is smarter, claiming he can exploit the weakness by himself without pre knowledge is a reach.

Depends what you mean with power. It does not affect one physically, it only costs chakra, and that chakra is regained if one willingly cancel the jutsu.

If they are alive: Minato would still defeat the greatest Raikage of all time. He's faster with FTG, has a space time barrier to keep the Raikage at bay, and can use Reaper Death Seal to kill him which can be accomplished with a shadow clone so Minato would technically still be alive like Hiruzen after for a bit before eventually dying.

Summoning Gamabunta is a bad idea since he's a huge easy target, and would get stomped by a man reputed as having fought the second strongest tailed beast to a stalemate. Minato also hasn't shown any other fuinjutsu in combat aside from the Reaper Death seal and a genjutsu dispelling one so he has to rely on the former.

If they are edo: Minato still wins but since he doesn't have a living soul to sacrifice to the Reaper anymore he would need to buy time until he can use senjutsu, place a FTG mark on the Third and slowly wear him down.

If Minato has Kurama: He stomps no diff. Extreme physical speed and strength boost, not to mention the enormous firepower he gains.
