Akin to ET's high tier PYP, this is a a tournament I plan on doing annually. Anime/Manga debating has become very popular on this site, to the point that it is more than capable of holding a tourney of its own. I've attempted something like this several times in the past, but this time, with the help of my trusted friends on CV, I think I've cracked the code. Before I get into the character and perk system, let me introduce you to what's new:
The Holy Shonen Council
Votes are hard to come by with tourney matches. As such, I've decided to implement a "voting council" of sorts. Essentially, there will be 5 slots (two of them are filled already) for people to sign up and join the council. Doing so means that you will have to vote on every match that opens for voting. If you are interested in Shonen manga and want to read and vote on Shonen debates, this role is perfect for you. Note that you don't have to be apart of this council to vote. This system was just put in place so matches get guaranteed votes.

You are allowed character requests, but they have to be from the verses listed. Characters from other verses are not allowed. They must also fit within the cap of country busting and low quint mach (10 pointers). If you are going for a character request, please also suggest a point value to be taken under consideration

Bonuses
The Holy Council
If you join the Holy Council and are a participant, you get three extra character points. However, that means you have to vote on every match and failure to do so will result this bonus being revoked or even disqualification.
One Man Army
If you are daring enough to choose just one character, you get 50 Clones of Any 3 Pointer or Below (ie Meruem) with perfect teamwork + mind link included. All for free.

Webcomic Feats Allowed for OPM
No Movie Scaling for MHA (Unless you are using a movie only character like Nine)
Default Character and Standard Morals
Teamwork is not a factor, but Perfect teamwork is necessary for strategies incorporating that.
@defiant_will: Also, how is the guy with Ywach getting 5 extra perk points when he used 10 points on Ywach? He doesn't have enough character points to transfer, right?
