Preamble:

Welcome Servants, to the Second Comicvine Holy Grail War. Now you will immediately notice the peculiar format of this Grail War. Namely there are no masters whose wishes you must follow and whose talent your abilities are shackled to. Instead you are all bound to me, as the sole master. I have taken the liberty of splitting you into two separate teams. The winning team receives the power of the Holy Grail to fulfill any wishes they might have. The losing team receives nothing. There is also of course a Ruler Servant to ensure you don't develop any bad habits that might carry on to future, more standard grail wars. But the rules only exist as long as there is someone to enforce them, make of that what you will.

Now, every great production needs a stage. And I've created something special just for this occasion. Split off from the rest of the world, in a self contained dimension, and the perfect stage for a war (though there might still be a few kinks to work out):

Basics:

Format:

There are 15 participants split into two teams of seven, the Red Faction and the Blue Faction, along with a single Ruler. There is no single unifying characteristic linking either team together outside of being summoned onto their respective faction (the teams will be randomized so when signing up just reserve a class rather than a class and faction).

Examples of what is considered: A Wall, A Small-Building, A Building, A Large-Building, Multi-Building, A City-Block, Larger Sizes.

Voting:

I will vote on every encounter. Detailed, unbiased votes from users with more than 500 posts will also be counted, with equivalent weight as my own vote. After each encounter I will aggregate the voted upon average and assign damage accordingly.

Mana:

Mana limits the constant activation of powerful noble phantasms and some skills. Mana refreshes naturally every two advancements (8 hours). Skills of each rank can only be used a certain number of times before you no longer have the mana to utilize them, the maximum number of uses is as follows (think of it like having 30 points, with each usage deducting the cost from those 30 points):

C Rank: 15 uses (2 points)

B Rank: 10 uses (3 points)

A Rank: 5 uses (6 points)

A+ Rank: 3 uses (10 points)

EX Rank: 2 uses (15 points)

All Reality Marbles can only be used once. (20 points for all ranks)

For powerset based Noble Phantasms using them will last one advancement (4 hours). Weapon type Noble Phantasms only need to be manifested once unless they are broken.

Damage:

Damage is cumulative, carrying on from fight to fight, but can be healed. Damage from a fight will be determined by the voters perception of what occurs. Damage is ranked on a six point scale:

Level 1, Minor: Superficial cuts/bruises, Concussions

Level 2, Moderate: Broken Ribs, fractured bones

Level 3, Serious: Broken bones, torn ligaments

Level 4, Severe: Damaged internal organs (cut or pierced)

Level 5, Critical: Loss of Limbs, Major damage to crucial organs (lungs/heart/liver)

Level 6, Fatal: Total Heart Rupture, Severed Brain Stem, 3rd Degree Burns >90% Body Surface

Upon taking level 6 damage death is guaranteed unless you specifically have a skill/noble phantasm that prevents this from being the case.

Creating a Servant:

Each build consists of five core parts: a class, a body, a mind, a set of skills, and a set of noble phantasms. I expect some justification for both the skills you select and the parameters you select them at as to how they fit your servants history or myth.

Class: The Class of servant. There are seven main classes (Archer, Assassin, Berserker, Caster, Lancer, Rider, Saber) along with the Ruler Class. Your class defines the limits that your body and noble phantasms must follow as well as any starting or unique skills you have access to. You are also qualified to mundane weapons that fit your respective class without any point cost. There are also extra classes (Avenger, Gunner, Pretender, Saver) which cost additional skill points to use, these replace a single main class on a team and are unique to both teams. There can only be one of each extra class in the entire scenario. There is also the Ruler Class, which is a faction in and of itself.

Body: The physical stats of your character, appearance can be customized however you wish.

Mind: The morals, knowledge, and experience of your character. Includes martial skill to a certain limit.

Skills: The characteristics and legends of your servant. Custom skills are possible by request, extremely likely to be granted if it's a skill from Fate or another type/moon series.

Noble Phantasms: The weapons and legends of your servant. Take the form of fictional weapons and powersets from fictional media.

You have access to 25 points to spend on skills, noble phantasms, and extra classes. The listed point price for all classes takes into account the starting skills for that class, as well as the additional cost in the case of extra classes, for example the Archer Class starts with Magic Resistance (E) leaving you with 24 points to customize your build.

The cost for both skill and noble phantasm ranks goes as follows:

Noble Phantasm Guidelines

A Note on Reality Marbles:

Reality Marbles are allowed, however, they are restricted to Noble Phantasms A Rank and above. If two participants each attempt to use a reality marble the higher ranked noble phantasm will win out, in the case of a tie the participant with the higher mana after summoning the reality marble will win out. The effects of a Reality Marble follow the same limits as a Noble Phantasm of the equivalent rank.

However, they also have access to a multitude of unique skills that cement them as the foremost class when it comes to magic and magecraft.

Territories are a unique ability of the Caster Class, allowing them to alter the environment around them to their advantage. There are two classes of territories, workshops and true territories. A workshop is a self-contained territory sealed off from the outside world, the buffs from a workshop only affects the caster. A true territory is manifested on top of the world itself, overwriting what was there before. Territories can be expanded at a rate equivalent to their initial summoning (an EX Rank territory grows a sub-district every 4 hours while a B Rank territory grows at a rate of a multi-building sized area every 4 hours). The conditions in a territory can apply to anyone the creator designates, this could be something like “All servants of my team”, “A member of the Lancer Class”, or “Any servant other than me”. The conditions of a territory are considered a noble phantasm instead of a skill for the purposes of Magic Resistance.

The Ruler Class:

A unique existence, the Ruler class is a faction in its own right. This class is made up of those who united people together under their banner. Their goal is a successful completion of the Grail War. There are a few rules you must uphold in order to properly simulate a Holy Grail War situation with humans namely:

8AM-4PM No Battles in the city walls or territory expansion of any kind.

Limit collateral damage as much as possible.

If you wish to add additional rules the participating servants must abide by you are free to do so (and all living servants will be notified accordingly). But remember, it is your responsibility to uphold all of these rules, and your victory at the end of the scenario will be reliant on how well you do so. It's also important to recognize there are some servants you are weaker than in a fight and do not wish to engage without an advantage. Which brings us to your command seals, each command seal is coded for a specific servant and only works upon that servant, using the wrong command seal will waste it. You can force that servant to do anything as long as it is not an explicit command to kill themselves. You can, however, command two servants to fight, command a servant not to utilize a certain noble phantasm, to stand still for 4 hours, to destroy their entire territory, or to not heal a wound they had previously acquired.

Again a word of warning, servants tend to hold grudges and if you find yourself in a situation without a specific command seal you are mortal like any other servant.

Now I'd ask every participant that they commit to see this scenario through to the end, but especially to anyone who is interested in the Ruler Class, as the win condition is quite literally seeing the scenario completed.

Each day will be split into six separate four hour chunks. Mana will be fully restored every other advancement. There will be an advancement for each of the four hour chunks, with the Grail War officially beginning at 16:00 on Day 0:

  1. Wee Hours: 0:00-3:59
  2. Dawn: 4:00-7:59
  3. Morning: 8:00-11:59
  4. Afternoon: 12:00-15:59
  5. Evening: 16:00-19:59
  6. Night: 20:00-23:59

Possible actions:

Many things can be accomplished in 4 hours, you can move pretty much anywhere you wish in the city, either stealthily or not. Armies can be built, territories can be established or grown, items can be sourced or created, mana can be restored, and wounds can be healed.

Wounds below critical can be healed naturally at a rate of 1 rank every 2 hours (2 ranks in a full action), Wounds that are critical (or fatal if you do not die) can be healed 1 rank in 4 hours. You can spend an entire advancement to instantly refresh all mana.

Any skill that references "with time" requires a full action to accomplish.

Victory Conditions:

Ruler: Survive to see the Grail War completed, uphold rules to a certain degree. The starting rules are as follows:

8AM-4PM No Battles in the city walls or territory expansion of any kind.

Limit collateral damage as much as possible.

Other Servants: Survive to receive the Holy Grail.

Once only one team remains, the Ruler’s job is done (they win if conditions are met). They will retreat to the Holy Church for 24 hours to prepare the Holy Grail. Precisely 24 hours later the Holy Grail will be given to the living servants standing at the entrance to the Holy Church, and only those servants. Its power will then be divided evenly between however many qualifying servants are present.

Rule Zero:

My word is law, feel free to request literally anything as a skill or Phantasm and I'll give a ruling. I'm going to be a little harsh when it comes to the mythological and historical justifications for not only the skills/phantasms you select but also the parameters you select them at.

In-Depth Rule Clarifications:

Please check here before asking questions. I also recommend just fully reading this in general as there are some important parts that may not have been clear in the main post.

General:

I'm generally looking for 2-3 sentences of justification for each build, no justification is needed for the mind or body.

Bodies come with enhanced senses but not healing factors.

Multipliers from different sources are multiplicative, multipliers from the same source are additive.

If you are relying on a Noble Phantasm or other resource draining ability in an encounter you will be counted as having used it at least once. During non-encounter advancements I will make the final say on the mana used.

All participating servants have basic knowledge of the map and naturally know roughly where they are at all times.

All participating servants know the line-up of each participating team, but not any information about the other competing servants.

Classes:

Starting skills count as having paid points for that respective rank and can be upgraded taking that in mind.

Casters can perfectly see through their Golems, which have identical senses to them.

A Caster's Territory can be used to form illusions, which are at the respective rank of the Territory and as such require the proper rank of Instinct/Clairvoyance to see through.

If you have the justification (and it'd better be good) class-unique skills can be acquired by other classes.

Noble Phantasms:

Selecting a powerset gives you access to a characters entire powerset. You can, however, only request certain aspects of the powerset if other powers would either increase the rank of the phantasm or cause your servant to be above limits.

The potency of a Noble Phantasm corresponds to its rank. Telepathy from an EX Rank Noble Phantasm is EX Rank while Telepathy from an A rank Noble Phantasm is A Rank. This applies to all hax.

Skills:

The following skills [Magecraft, Mana Burst, Item Creation, Territory Creation (and expansion), Somaturgy] are all considered Magic for the purposes of Magic Resistance and High Speed Casting.

Magecraft is still limited by the resources, if you have said resources it can store to the rank's cap in the stated time. EX Rank is different obviously and stores 1 NP of any rank in 5 minutes.

For Imperial Privilege and Monstrous Strength, briefly refers to a period of 5 minutes, limited to once every 8 hours unless specified.

Similarly Item Creation's 'quickly' refers to a period of 5 minutes. All Items are a single charge and are destroyed irreplaceably when used in an encounter.

For Mad Enhancement 'EX Rank Resistance to Mental attacks' means the same thing as 'Grants mental resistance equivalent to EX Rank Magic Resistance' that's found in the Avenger's Oblivion Correction.

For Riding ranks A and A+ an appropriate mount is one whose Striking/AP/Durability all fall under the limits of a noble phantasm of the equivalent rank. Speed is capped at Mach 15 for mounts.

The Skills Counter Hero and Divinity are not effected by any parameter lowering skills of a rank below their own.

If two parameter lowering skills interact, the servant with the higher ranked skill affects the other servant before the effects of the lower ranked skill are calculated.

The 'resources' referred to in Disengage B-A+ refer to mana, not temporary use items.

Divinity cannot reduce the ranks of skills 2 or more ranks above the user's Divinity rank. It can also not lower the ranks of skills to where they would have 'No Effect', nor can it effect Mad Enhancement.

For They Are Another requires the Pretender to have seen their target before transforming into them.

True Name Discernment Ranks A and A+ see through any rank of Camouflage/For They Are Another/Shapeshift. True Name Discernment Rank EX can additionally see through Presence Concealment EX.

Charisma EX is limited to a single command following the same guidelines as a command seal. Once used on a servant cannot be used on that servant again for two advancements (8 hours).

The additional skills granted by Voyager of the Storm EX and Imperial Privilege EX are subject to the same conditions as the other skills granted. They cannot be upgraded.

Quick Draw's effects only apply to the first attack of any fight

Energy created by Mana Burst must be cleared by me first and cannot have qualities that would place it in a higher tier than the rank of the ability.

Voyager of the Storm is activated by any visible body of water on the Map. Water created by a noble phantasm would need to be at least large-building in size to activate the skill. As to what qualifies close, I'd go so far as to say you would gain the bonus anywhere in 'The Docks' district.

Baldur was always a troubled individual from birth, from his health to his personality. Despite showing a natural genius within his mind, another harmful aspect always lingered strongly like a parasite within him. He did what he can to turn himself into another proper figure of society but deep down, despite training his body and mind to his best, he always had to be careful that his inner beast didn't come out and cause dangerous harm to his surroundings. During these years of turning one self into a vigorous and less-maddening individual, he ran into a seemingly god-like being that granted him special traits but at the cost of not being able to forget of the rabidness within him for the rest of his life...

In proper human history, Vlad Tepes, known as Vlad the Impaler was a king famed for his legendary cruelty, but he was not a vampire, only being rumored to be such because of the fame of Bram Stroker's Dracula. In another world, however, the legend was real. In this world, Vlad encountered a Dead Apostle and was transformed into a bloodsucker during his life, becoming the demon Dracula. A born Christian, Vlad was enraged at being turned into a heresy, and rebelled became an enemy of the Dead Apostle Ancestors who ruled the bloodsuckers. He faced the faction loyal to Altrogue Brunested, Princess of the Dead Apostle Ancestors, defeating and killing her bodyguard, Rizo-Waal Strout. Taking Rizo's Idea Blood and his sword True Demon Neardark, Dracula achieved status equal to the 27 Dead Apostle Ancestors. Eventually, he met his end without seeing his goal of extermining vampirekind.

Normally, it should be utterly impossible for such a being to become a heroic spirit. However, even in this history, Vlad reigned as King of Wallachia and gained fame as a human ruler and military commander. Vlad's status within the human order was enough to make him pass to the Throne of Heroes. As Avenger, he is summoned with the replicas of the Dead Apostle abilities he possessed in life, no longer able to deny the name Dracula or its meaning as his counterpart from proper human history did.

Dracula qualifies for the class due to his enormous desire for vengeance against the Dead Apostles. However, his servant version has been influenced by the idea of a vengeful Dracula as well as the reality. In proper human history, Vlad as a servant was able to accept the wars he fought while living as simple past. Dracula, however, would seek vengence against the nations of Hungary and Turkey, descendants of the enemies he fought while alive. The sheer scope of Dracula's vengence is enough to make his Avenger skill the highest rank.

Mahito’s powerset (in the form of Idea Blood/Principle, a unique power held in the soul of each Dead Apostle Ancestor), covers many vampire abilities: healing, shapeshifting, and the ability to transform humans into monstrous minions. Mahito spawned from fear of humans and seeks to destroy them, particularly fitting for Type-Moon vampires who are enemies of humanity. Domain Expansion is similar to reality marbles which Dead Apostle Ancestors have been known to possess.

Kazeshini (Neardark having transformed to this state to match Dracula) in Bankai form is death dually applied to both self and enemy. Dracula is nothing if not a bringer of death. It affects Dracula as much as his opponent of course, because no one suffers the wrath of vengeance more than the Avenger themselves. Fushi no Kojo also equalizes fights with stronger opponents, useful for Dracula's goal to exterminate the Dead Apostle Ancestor, some of who are far stronger than him.

Loki. Asgard's God of trickery and magic. His skills here are self-explanatory: a high Rank of Divinity is to be expected given Loki's status as an actual deity, and his primary skill could not be anything other than Charisma at the highest level given that Loki's single best and most well known "power" is his mouth. Mukuro's illusions are the perfect accompaniment given that they and Mukuro himself revolve around misleading others or transforming himself (something Loki is known for), and Merlin's magic aligns with Loki's affinity of the same, especially since Merlin is also proficient in illusions alongside a variety of magical abilities, alongside his own impressive Charisma. Lastly, what better tool for the man with a silver tongue than Radiotelepathy, a tool to let him communicate with whoever he pleases regardless of distance.

It's not necessary but Loki's body and mind are just as fitting. His body is that of Guren Ichinose, one of Seraph of the End's relentless and greedy schemers who manipulated people for years to further his goal and piloting it all is the mind of Sinbad, the high king of the seven seas whose cunning and unstoppable ambition lead to him reaching the realm of the Divine and gaining ultimate power, just as Loki so often attempts to do.

TLDR; scheming bastard who you shouldn't get the attention of, let alone speak to.

Simo was a decorated marksman throughout his experience honing his sharpshooting capabilities, physique and mind to the point it seemed as though he can never miss and remain untouched on the battlefield. But Simo still wasn't satisfied so he decided to get eye surgery to implant special eyes that let him see more than any normal eye could possibly see. But Simo still wanted more with being able to exterminate whomever he decided was his target without giving them any sort of survival. So Simo prayed to The Almighty God to give part of his soul in exchange for Simo to commit his loyalty completely to him and kill those to offer up to him. With Simo's newfound self, he felt like he was finally the Perfect Sharpshooter to put his skills to the test.

@naronu: I believe I've done this correctly, but before I finish I just want to clarify something. Is the price of a Phantasm increased if a Powerset includes multiple powers, but no powers above it's rank?

For example, Exodus' Powerset includes many of the things in the A rank and below (Offensive TP, Force Manipulation, TK, Mind Reading.) Would the price of his powerset as a Phantasm still be 5?

Born the fourth son of a poor Baron family, William had to fight tooth and nail for every inch of honour that he earned, despite his family's noble lineage. Leaving home at the age of twelve to train as a knight, he vowed that he would become a great man. Years later, upon receiving news that his father had died and (predictably) not left anything to him in the will, William began participating in knight tournaments in order to make a living. So skilled was his swordplay and prowess that he quickly became rich, garnering the attention of the public and the private. He was recruited by the young King Henry, a boy of fifteen years old at the time, taking control of the King's personal knights for tournament play.

William became the young King's trusted right hand, and even on the tournament circuit where the King was the most highly esteemed target, William was able to win tournament after tournament while dividing his attention between his knights, his own battles, and the protection of the young King on the battlefield.

Years passed, Kings fell, and William grew from a man who lived for the tournament circuit into a well-respected knight, one who was tasked with stopping the rebellion of soon-to-be King, Richard the Lionheart. William fought Richard on the field of battle, throwing him off his horse and putting his blade to the man's throat. Instead of quashing the rebellion there and then, William allowed Richard to keep his life, instead opting to slay his horse as a message before leaving.

Shortly after that day, King Henry II died, and Richard ascended to the throne he had fought for. Instead of punishing William for the actions of that day, he was impressed with the skill and valour of the knight and went to all measures to attain him, including granting him a noble title of his own and turning William into one of the richest men in Britain.

William, although in a position to retire whenever he chose, continued to fight in wars until he was 70 years old. Even then in his old age would he be found at the front of a charging army, climbing castle walls and holding them off until reinforcements arrived.

While on his deathbed, William, the man who had captured over 500 warriors and had never lost a duel, could be recorded saying that in the end, the only man he could not best was Death himself.

Personality:

A discourteous man who says what's on his mind without a filter to stop it. He has been summoned in the form he was in on the day he fought Richard, and as such although he is in his thirties, there was still some maturing left for him to do before he became a truly honourable knight. His personality is mainly due to habits gained during his time spent clawing to the top of the tournament circuit and his previous King, the young King Henry, not having the charisma or bravery to stand up to William when his anger begins to flare. That task was accomplished by Richard himself.

Despite his brash personality, William still carries within him some ideals of knightly honour, though they are hidden deep beneath his outward persona. His time on the battlefield, and in particular his participation in the crusades, hammered home the meaning of "acceptable losses" to him. He wants to do best by the people he cares for and live up to their image of him but he knows that is sometimes, regrettably, too much to ask.

William bravely led dozens of knights across vast expanses and chaotic battlefields without ever knowing the taste of defeat. Abilities and tales of his valour in life have been recreated into a noble phantasm that exists as a record of his lasting brilliance. Grants a variety of abilities, the most impressive of which being magecraft that brings with it the possibility of combat defying space itself. A signature noble phantasm that seems more at home with a cunning rogue than an honourable knight, but that is just the type of polarising figure William was.

In life, William had the perseverance to shrug off countless blows in combat and fight while at an age above the average life expectancy for those in his time. In death, his perseverance has combined with his naturally superhuman body to acquire a form beyond that of mortal men. William's ability to scout out the best prizes from a safe distance with his knights before pouncing on any opening made manifest. William's senses are beyond that of an ordinary man, and he can share those senses with those around him.

In practice, no known modern-day magus is able to harm William with magecraft, and even the best mages from the age of the Gods would struggle to do so. An ability that goes beyond the conceived limits of an ordinary man.

Riding (E):

On top of his skill with a blade, William is also an accomplished knight from horseback, leading the tournament circuit for years through his ability to outmaneuver his opponents with his steed.

Historic Explanation:

In the Catholic faith, St. Expeditus is the Patron Saint of Procrastination and urgent causes. St. Expeditus was a Roman centurion who died as a martyr for Christ, but was reimagined by the Vodoo practitioners centuries after his death as Baron La Croix, the spirit of death and brother to the eldest of all the Lao. He stands at the crossroads between the material world and the land of the dead. (Sources 1, 2).

Personality (as Baron La Croix):

He has an existential philosophy about death, finding death's reason for being both humorous and absurd. Baron La Croix is the extreme expression of individuality and offers the reminder of delighting in life's pleasures.[1] Baron La Croix (also called Bawon Lakwa) accepts the colors purple and black, so a purple cloth and black candle would be appropriate or a black cloth and purple candle whichever you have at the moment will do . He enjoys two servings of coffee, one sweetened with only sugar, and one bitter. He also accepts rum infused with 21 scotch bonnet peppers or any hot pepper you can find, as long as it equates to 21 when presenting the offering. When presenting the rum and hot peppers, leave the top off of the bottle . He also eats hot peppers by themselves as an offering. Bawon Lakwa takes incense and cigarettes as offerings as well. While making a petition to him, he enjoys his cigarettes lit and on the altar. Baron Lakwa’s associated day of the week is Monday. (Source 1)

Bio:

According to myth, Saint Expeditus was a Roman Centurion who was martyred and beheaded during the Great Persecution of 303, achieving sainthood through denying the devil who took the form of a crow. But such myths are merely imaginary. This is the true story of Expeditus, the martyr of death:

Expeditus' true name is lost to time. Instead, his title is Latin for 'a soldier without a marching pack'. Indeed, while as a Centurion he might have led a century of 80 men, he was one day visited by the angel of the Lord in a vision, compelling him to convert to Christianity, the forbidden religion of the time. But, as soon as Expeditus awoke from his vision he was visited by the devil, in the form of a crow, who tried to convince Expeditus to hold off his conversion to Christianity, but Expeditus denied the devil's request and stomped on his feathers, though contrary to legend, he spared the bird, who now follows him around as though he were Expeditus' pet. Following this Expeditus was banished from the Roman Empire, no longer allowed to be a citizen, much less a centurion. This is how he earned the name Expeditus, the roaming soldier. He then chose to spend his days wandering the world, helping his spiritual brethren where he could, though he had to do so in secret for fear of the Roman army, thus he would often only act in times of urgent need, later earning him the title of the Saint of Urgent Causes.

As Expeditus grew mature in his faith, he started manifesting miraculous powers, the hand of God was upon him, but unlike other saints he was not blessed with the gift of prophesy or healing, instead he was gifted the power over death and destruction. Yet he was never martyred by the Romans, he was too skilled, too cunning to be caught by the Roman army. Indeed, Expeditus actually lived more than a thousand years by the grace of God. He spent his days as the sword of the Lord, though slowly becoming more ethereal than human in appearance as the years and the wounds piled on. Though old and disheveled, he kept his righteous heart, he specifically had a soft spot for those who suffered under tyranny and injustice, thus he often lived in areas of extreme poverty and inequality. This is why he found himself residing in the French colony of Haiti during the 1700s, fighting against the oppressive French authority for the sake of the slaves. He was venerated by the locals then, they gave him his third and final title as the "Baron of the Cross" (Baron La Croix in French). Alas, Expeditus was finally felled during this period, during the Haitian Revolution of 1791 to be precise, killed by the French people he often helped protect during his lifetime (little known fact, he was present during the siege of Orleans). After his death his legend was forgotten and distorted, the people of Haiti forgot his name and only called him by the title of Baron La Croix, Ioa of the dead and sexuality, tainting his name as an idol in the eyes of his Lord. Thus ends the legend of Saint Expeditus, the martyr of death.

Hmm, noice but before I change anything last question what does this mean:

Mana limits the constant activation of powerful noble phantasms and some skills. Mana refreshes naturally every two advancements (8 hours). Skills of each rank can only be used a certain number of times before you no longer have the mana to utilize them, the maximum number of uses is as follows (think of it like having 30 points, with each usage deducting the cost from those 30 points):

E Rank: Unlimited

D Rank: Unlimited

C Rank: 15 uses (2 points)

B Rank: 10 uses (3 points)

A Rank: 5 uses (6 points)

A+ Rank: 3 uses (10 points)

EX Rank: 2 uses (15 points)

Just so I'm clear, these limits are per advancement, right? Also, does that mean that skills aren't passive abilities?

EDIT: Additional last question, luck manip also isn't banned so does it count as force manipulation?

Luck Manip is really the same as Probability Manip so it's banned.

Noice. Just a little update, for this:

You are also qualified to mundane weapons that fit your respective class without any point cost.

I'd like the Ebony Blade to be a Roman Gladius, and the mundane weapons would be a Pugio, Parma, smoke bombs, a Roman slingshot and a pet crow (just for aesthetic reasons) if that's possible, also I'll use composite canon feats. Thanks!

@naronu: Made a change to my build. Decreased 'God's Wrath' noble phantasm by one point. Realized Large Building level was way higher than what the ability could reasonably accomplish. Just trying to figure out what I should dump the remaining point into.
