Ohh, please . . .The only BAD city you have in DC is Gotham. That is where The Punisher would set up his base of operations. Unfortunately, Batman would not let him operate freely and would put him behind bars. Although Raz-al-ghol and his organization would like the Punisher very much.
As for this fight, Joker only ever really deals with the likes of Bats and occasionally Supes. Neither one of them will just KILL the joker (and he knows it). He would not be able to handle the mission parameters of the punisher "Kill first, let god sort'em out". The Punuisher would ICE the joker.
joker gets stomped! Punisher from warzone was a beast he was a good h2h combatant and brilliant marksman also really intelligent so punisher does what batman fails too do.
Movie Punisher destroys movie Joker. A lot of people may die but before this Joker even starts some lisping word game this Punisher puts a bullet into him without thinking twice.
