Although this seems like a mismatch right now, we see in the newest Arrow trailer that Wild Dog will be fighting Stardust. Assuming it doesn't turn out to be a stomp, this could actually be a close fight.

@lubub55: I Spoiler tags always worked for me.
@rbt: Dammit, sorry. I honestly didn't know about that.
I'm pretty sure Wild Dog is wearing body armor which could be a big help to him, but gonna wait till the end of his season to judge him. He's probably better off being used in 1 on 1 fights like this, cause his team work skills are still trash.
Rene. Frank is not I repeat not a better marksmen. Rene has shot a sword out of Prometheus hand.
When did he do that?

The episode where Evelyn betrayed them. He had Prom dead to rights along with Ollie until she screwed things up.
Rene has better combat speed and might be a bit more skilled, but Frank is stronger, way more durable, and just more ruthless, even in comparison to Rene's former methods. As far as marksmanship, I wouldn't necessarily say Frank is better because the majority of his feats boil down to being up close, using a sniper rifle (in which case you have more time to line up a shot and the target doesn't know you're there), or just killing everything in a general direction with some OP weapon. As far as a regular pistol, Rene has probably shown more accuracy. Frank likely takes the majority, but the gap isn't that big.
Frank stomps, the idea that Wild Dog is any better than useless is laughable.
Why are people even mentioning how a h2h fight would go?
Wild Dog shoots Frank, and the latter would still struggle to beat Rene h2h.
@dirtytree333: Rene couldn't hit the broadside of a barn. What makes you think he's a better marksman than Frank? You could break both of Frank's arms and he'd still beat Rene
@stormdriven: No comment on the fight, but Rene has shot a sword out of Prometheus' hand without hitting him.
@lubub55: He also failed to hit Vigilante at point blank range, twice
@lubub55: That's literally just shooting a stationary object...

I don't see how shooting a sword out of Prometheus hands from that distance when Prometheus isn't paying attention is better than Frank shooting Matt's mask in a way which would knock him out and not kill him. Mevlin said if Frank was one inch off his mark Matt would be dead.
They basically shot each other from the same distance except Franks feat is better because he hit a much smaller target.

To be fair vigilante was also shooting at him. It could have just been cover fire.
@jashro44: When he's on his back? That wasn't cover fire. The first time might be, but Vigilante never even moved anyway.
