Fight takes place in sewer and they have their standard equipment , who wins ?

@castleking: He has fought fought spider man in the swears and almost won.
besides wouldnt  Doc.Oc  just take Octopus's guns and break them with his tentacles before Octopus got the shoot off

if they are far enough i dont think doc can close the gap besides their isnt much room to miss doc if they are in an enclose area.
