Monitor doesn't have feats, but he likely operates on a way higher level than Thanos.

The only thing Monitor has done so far is react to speedsters and BFR. Which won't work on someone with space gem since they can just teleport back.

The Monitor simply makes the IG disappear and then Thanos is done.

Yes. He took an object all the way across Star City and made it reappear in Gotham. If he can do that for something that he's not even looking at, I don't see why he couldn't do it to the Infinity Gauntlet.

The monitors are the same characters across all of DC fiction(same as Mxy), don't see how he doesn't stomp.

The Book of Destiny was his to give, he owns it, he's likely connected to it. We can't just assume that he can do that to anything. Even if we do, he doesn't know how powerful the gauntlet is so it's not like it'd be his go-to move.

Okay, I'll admit that's a fair point. But still, he made Earth 90 Barry Allen and Kara disappear, so we can say that on at least some level he can teleport things that aren't his.

^ Was this confirmed as the Book of Destiny from Final Crisis? or the Endless Destiny's book? Or, just some other book with that title perhaps?

The Monitor is more powerful than normal Thanos. The Monitor needs more feats though.

Without the IG Thanos mostly gets wrecked. Even Iron Man gave him a challenge.. IRON MAN

Any proof of that? Mxy being the same is also debatable, due to statements by the likes of Evan Dorkin, and how Mxy still has low-showings like any other character.

Monitor still has no feats. He seemed to be invincible to everything based on hype, but his only real skill was teleportation. He seems to be in the same position as Dormammu at the moment.

Hell, CW Doctor Destiny would be a more reasonable matchup than this, lol
