I think i'd put my money on the lizard for H2H too.

Can Tony still use his repulsor's to fly or move quickly from side to side or front to back?

If he cant that puts the Lizards speed much higher then Tony's. I think the lizards claws might pose a problem as well. If i remember correctly they had good piercing ability and might be able to pierce his armor with the strength the lizard has behind them.

Luckily the movie Lizard is nowhere near as strong as his current comic counter despite what his design implies. He has sufficient enough strength to easily smash through concrete and toss cars no to mention overpower Spider-Man with ease. He also has pretty decent healing factor as well.

I'm honestly not sure about Starks movie feats though I do recall him being slapped around pretty easy by war machine with little more than a barbel unless I'm mistaken?
