Ghost Rider could solo Thanos when he's bloodlusted (as Zarathos generally takes over a host when they're enraged), and unless Thanos has no soul, the Penance Stare would end him quickly. I'm also assuming you're talking about Johnny Cage's incarnation as the Rider.

I could also argue that Doomsday could solo after a single death from him, but that's basically a second round.

Juggernaut and Green Lantern (whichever, take your pick) aren't too necessary.

But then someone will give Thanos the Infinity Gauntlet and that's game.
