The Joestars stomps badly.

In some ways Johnny Joestar is even more hax than GER, because people above universal can no sell GER, but being above universal alone wouldn't protect you against Johnny's hax.

The only thing Johnny lacks is speed, but with time stop users on his side, it should be a moot point.

Josuke and Giorno will assure a perfect defense to Johnny whatever happen.

GER makes basically the team untouchable and Johnny will always hit and destroy his targets.

It's a huge mismatch.

He restricted GER.

Rohan with Heaven's Door could probably also win as long as Dio and Jotaro spam their time stops.

You should limit it to a few Joestars

Well, but GER isn't considered as a reality warper IIRC.

His powers can be explained by time manipulation. (And that make sense as most of the strongest powers in the serie manipulate time)

Agreed (but Dio isn't part of the Jojo family, he is more an antagonist)

Even then Giorno can morph some elements into living beings.

@realitywarper: It's not just time manipulation, since the power physically moves Diavolo to a different place to die each time he dies. And also it's stated that it "sets things to zero" by the author and the stat block. Will to do stuff is specifically mentioned as something it sets to zero, explaining why Diavolo couldn't use his Stand to help him when dying (no will = no ability to use Stand).

@hittheassasin: Rouge can absorb all the powers. Wonder Man just a powerful as Thor. Sunfire can produce plasma Nova blast but better. Havok just needed enough energy to absorb a he's a Planetary threat. Wasp can become a Giant just Giant-Man. The team can win but maybe not easily.
