Superman (is exposed to RED SUN LIGHT and Losses his powers)
vs
Martian Manhunter (Is Exposed to FIRE and loses his powers do to a physiological reaction)
vs
Flash (Looses all contact with the speed force loses his power)
vs
Aquaman (Has been out of Water for months and loses his powers)
vs
Green Lantern (Kyle) (Lost his ring somewhere loses his powers)
vs
Wonder Woman (The Gods take away all her powers)
vs
Black Canary (has laryngitis and loses her powers)
Wonder Woman Wins! HERE IS why. Wonder Woman is still an AMAZON if you take away all her god gifted powers. Thats one thing people forget or simply dont know or understand.
For all who don't know, in a nut shell, culturally Amazons are regular human females who have developed abilities above and beyond other regular humans through training and sheer human will. The Least of the Amazons are easily much stronger, faster and have much more stamina than any other mortal human could possibly HAVE (based on AMAZON feats, quotes and general DC comic knowledge) and DIANA is the best of them even without powers.
The Top 5 Amazons can even block bullets with Bracers or Swords. Not to the degree Diana with powers does. But they can.
Wonder Woman would curb stomp most on this list and moderately stomp Black Canary without powers
