The Hulk VS. Doomsday

I thought about this one long and hard and I was surprised by how much they have in common in terms of abilities, I mean the superhuman strength is obvious on both their parts, but they both have a healing factor, which I'm sure would come useful in a battle. My first instinct was to make The Hulk win this battle, since the Hulk gradually gets stronger the angrier he gets and since Doomsday hails from Krypton, he would have the same augmented strength under the yellow sun a'la Superman, but it would seem his strength would stay at a constant level, whereas the Hulk could surpass it, so right before I decided that the Hulk would be the winner of this battle, an interesting twist developed in my mind, and it takes me back to the good old DC versus Marvel comic book series that I'm personally a huge fan of, in that storyline The Hulk went up against Superman, another obvious Kryptonian, and since Superman won (probably more due to popularity but regardless) it would appear that even though the Hulk could get exponentially stronger over time as his anger continues, he could never get up the level of Superman's static strength, at least not quickly enough to hold an advantage over Superman (and it's not like the Hulk can bound away, retaining his anger, giving himself the time to increase his strength, Superman is faster than a speeding bullet, come on now, he can't run away), and so it turned out obviously that Superman laid the smackdown on the Hulk, and we all know that Doomsday KILLED Superman, regardless if Superman came back to life or not, to accomplish that feat even once would mean that Doomsday is of equal strength of Superman if not more, and so therefore The Hulk doesn't stand a chance

WINNER: DOOMSDAY    

First of all, Doomsday's power is not reliant on yellow sun radiation. Second, SuperMan defeating Hulk in the crossover is the result of the fact that SuperMan is greatly more powerful, not bias. Third, Hulk's strength is not comparable to a Kryptonian under a yellow sun. And as you said, Doomsday or SuperMan would win this easily.

Been done and Doomsday wins. He's stronger because he's about Superman's level of strength and Superman has had better strength showings than Hulk, he's faster because he's been able to blitz the JLA and was once described as being faster than the Flash back in his first appearance, and he's much more ruthless.

Why the hell are people still arguing for Hulk? Clearly the more knowledgeable and experienced debaters are not those people.
 
The ones for Hulk are those with suspiciously low numbers in posts. Are they just trolls? Or socks of trolls? Or just ignorant of comics?

Actually, it would not make a difference. Both SuperMan and Doomsday can effortlessly defeat Hulk.  "

I'm aware of that, my point is in the fact that he's calling people "superman lovers" when Supes isn't even involved in this battle. "

Doomsday wins, most likely. But again, in yet another thread the Hulk's strength is being underestimated. I guess people just don't understand that the Hulk has no limits to his strength as stated in multiple bios and comics. Oh, well its never gonna happen. 
 
@ssejllenrad:  Most are just idiots trying to act like they know comics, but there are some that fight for it with a lot of respect.  I'm one of the people who believe The Hulk is hugely underestimated in his strength, but I don't think Hulk can beat everyone just by punching, like a lot of the comic nerd wanna be's.

Doomsday wins because he's got a more impressive feat of killing Superman (although hulk destroying an asteroid the size of earth wasn't bad either).
