There is not much information about how powerful all of the Guardians of Time (Doctor Who) are. How powerful are they and how would they compare against these other cosmic entities?

The Marvel Cosmic Entities (Eternity, Death, etc.)

The Chaos Gods (Warhammer 40k)

The Spectre (DC)

The Endless (Vertigo Comics)

I know nothing about warhammer, but with tech, the Time Lords are a universal destructive force, meaning they're on par with some abstracts, but below others.

The Guardians are above the abstract of Death from the Doctor Who universe, but I believe Death and Eternity and such have better feats than their Doctor Who counter parts.

They should be able to defeat the Chaos Gods, or at the very least keep Chaos from doing anything.

Specter isn't allowed to go full out on beings without souls (Johnny Sorrow and the King of Tears first arc) unless that has been retconned, so he shouldn't be able to do anything but attempt to contain the Guardians. They aren't spiritual beings, and aren't magic, so they also should not be able to "kill" Specter. Stalemate.

Endless should win.
