The Guardians of Childhood vs The Avengers

Here's a little description of each of the Guardians (Although it might not be very good since I couldn't find a very good source of information on them):

The Tooth Fairy - The Tooth Fairy Can Fly very fast. She has an army of mini fairies ( I saw them fly through the glass of a closed window once in the movie). She also has an army of mice from her "European division"

Sandman - The Sandman can fly, he can create constructs that seem to control themselves 'unless he wills to control them' in any form he wants (just like Green Lantern but out of sand), and he can throw sand at anyone and put them to sleep. He can also control your dreams.

The Easter Bunny - The Easter Bunny is extremely fast. He can open a portal in the ground that he (and anyone else) can hop in, and then hop out anywhere else on the planet. He is very agile and well balanced, he has two boomerangs that he can throw with great aim, he has an an army of harmless eggs and also several seven foot tall walking eggs made of stone. And he has an easter fortress "somewhere".

Santa Claus - Santa Claus is very large and strong, he always caries two huge machetes. He is an extremely gifted inventor. He has an army of elves (who are quite looney), and an army of yetis who are of average intelligence and very strong. He also has a huge fortress at the north pole. (he's also a good leader)

Jack Frost - Jack Frost is young and mildly irresponsible. As long as he has his staff he can fly (using the wind to carry him), freeze things by touching them with himself or his staff, shoot extremely powerful ice/cold from his staff, and create ice creatures that seem to be quite delicate. He's also very well balanced.

The limits of all of the Guardians powers are unknown.
