CIS because of the Droidekas. They are also more formidable in large numbers.

Assuming these are the free and smart Geth from ME3 i can see they winning, they seems to worrk better in groups and their defenses are hard to get down.

This is difficult because the geth soldier is much better than the B1 battle droid but the high end droids probably outmatch the top geths. The gets are a hivemind that can send commands through their ranks instantly and intelligently. The geth soldiers will mostly likely tear through the b1 units and quickly hold the numbers on the droids significantly. I say it’s tough almost entirely because I’m trying to think how the geth can get through that many droidikas. If they had geth hoppers this would be a stomp as the primes and the hoppers could just shut down half the enemy troops and drop their shields.

Edit: geth infiltrators have AI hacking, this is easy for them then. 250,000 of the droids will be fighting each other at a time.
