The Doctor is the master of impossible odds and due to the time war he is likely a good fighter. Time lords are also far above humans physicaly, and are city busters when they regenerate ( busted a dalek ship bigger than a small town) which brings up the point he has to die eleven times. He stomps, and I'm inclined to say that a morals off Doctor could solo the marvel universe with prep barring TOAA
