A new thread to keep track of all the Hall of Fame members. It includes everything collected by Wyldsong and I will be updating as long as I continue to be running the Hall of Fame and maybe even after. Several links have been updated to reflect name changes.

Debating Chris Redfield vs X-23. This thread was actually locked by moderators as a mismatch very shortly after being created, so I actually PMed the moderator and convinced her why I think Chris would actually be able to stand up to X-23 and defeat her. I spent a few pages discussing with multiple users, the unique advantages that Chris had over X-23 and providing several possible methods for him to defeat her. I wrote a Blog about what people should be aware of if they want to join a tourney, giving them some info and tips.

Battle of the Week:

Batman vs Deadpool — I made a solitary post arguing in favor of Bruce, and he got the votes. First featured AotW as well.
Bullseye vs Deadshot — The main debating in the thread was me (Lawton) vs Nima (Lester). Floyd ended up taking the votes.

Challenge a Viner:

Archer vs Eggsy (SupremeGeneration) — Killed after my opener, albeit, I never received an official concession.
Brock Samson vs Afro Samurai (HigherPower) — To quote Vulcan himself, I "tore apart" his entire first post which is kind of neat because I posted only a few hours after he dropped his opener and typed it up while sick. Now that I've my school stuff out of the way in addition to the new season of Venture Brothers that's currently airing, you can expect this to come back in a big way.
Deathstroke vs Chris Redfield (Nickzambuto) — Killed after one post, again. To be fair, I've dropped on my share of people as well. But this is Nick we're talking about; he runs often, but have you have any idea what it takes to actually shut that guy up?
Deathstroke vs Luther Strode (Pr0metheus) — My only official loss, but I'm still proud to have made it close while limiting Slade to his post-Crisis self and doing away with a lot of gear. Moreover, my 'Stroke knowledge then was a fraction of what it is now.
Deathstroke vs X-23 (TheWatcherKing) — My first two posts were somewhat rushed but it was killed after my third. Watcher never openly concede but I did apparently change his mind. Hey, he ended up lasting 3x times longer than some others.
Robocop vs Grendel-Prime (Owie) — Still in progress, but you're going to want to stay tuned to this one.

Battles Threads:

Deathstroke (God-Killer, Ikon) vs Samurai Jack — Now I was just having fun with this one, but still received a full concession.
Deathstroke vs Taskmaster — Good argumentation can possibly be spotted when the user who initially tried to counter your points ends up going "thank you for your excellent feedback." Most of my beliefs still adhere to what I said in this thread.

Gen. Discussion:

Where did the myth that Deathstroke beats Batman more come from? — I proved it was no myth, alright. There are only two comics you need to read to grasp how this goes Post-Crisis: Deathstroke, the Terminator #7 and Detective Comics #710. If and when you're talking post-Flashpoint, then you have a weakened and less skilled Slade effectively beating him in Tony S. Daniel's Deathstroke #5 then fighting evenly with and later stalemating a prepped Batman using only a combat knife in Christopher Priest's Deathstroke #32 and #34. Seriously, read the comics before you go off spouting nonsense — no disrespect, just saying.

Miscellaneous:

"Elijah convinced me that Deathstroke IS a bullet timer if he needs to be just like Snake and Big Boss, and with feats like the fan feat in comparison to Snake incapacitating four kidnappers instantly, I think Snake and Deathstroke are exactly on par in speed." – Nickzambuto. He's been debating this with Jashro and others for years, but only I've ever convinced him.

1. Aquaman vs Thor (Lvenger) - Will probably remain my hardest fought debate against one of the best debaters on the Vine and my favorite victory.

2. Shiva vs Daken (TheNaughtyTitan). Not my best debate ever, but the first CaV i ever had. I lost, of course, but it got me hooked. Fun fact, i didn't know what a tourney was, i just thought it was a thread where @sirfizzwhizz was making a battle royal asking for character recommendations (i was really new). And i thought Shiva would be fun. The next thing i know, i am expected to debate against someone.

3. The Legendary CaV - Juggling all of these replies and strategies was challenging and rewarding

4. High Tier PYP Finals VS Beatboks1 - A really fun match where both of us went with "cheap" teams and a lot of creativity.

5. Against ssj_god - Another debate i enjoyed having.

Bonus - Shiva vs Ninjak - The only reason i didn't put it in top 5 debates was that ET decided to bow out.

Thanks for the support man, it's fine, I've stopped doing big debates a long time ago and my prescence in the battle forums this last year has been pretty much nonexistent, it would be kind of unfair if I got in, people with constant prescence and debates should be included in the HOF, I haven't seen a couple of the new guys' debates but the ones I have seen (like you) are definitely deserving of being in the HOF, so congrats bro.

I do intend to come back to the battle forums though, I definitely will aim to make the list next round, so I'll probably try to find someone to CaV in the following months :P

@kevd4wg: Didnt seem like people wanted it back tbh. There have been so many complaints, criticism and over all negative feedback that it seemed like it was better not to run it. Its been quite controversial recent years and when I skipped it and no one really seemed to mind or notice. I am open to hosting it again when the time comes around next year if people want it. Though I will likely change the way its run to deal with the some issues brought up.
