I think the Colective would give the Surfer a go. He's maybe a close as you can get to a cosmic level being like a Herald without actually being one. In the end I think the Power Cosmic may prove to be too much. But then again, the Collective does have power absorbers mutants in his collective. And the Sentry could hang with him.

I guess it is never to late to jump on a thread. I forgot about this one. I thought it was a unique match.
I think the Collective has a good chance to win. The more he fought the better he got at his power and using others.
