If by "full impact" you mean the entire energy unleashed on their bodies exclusively by the nuke then everyone here gets vaporized at least twice over.

If by "full impact" you mean just having it go off within very close proximity of them then it stops at BvS Superman or Thor.

Peter's overall durability also isn't that much below Hulk's.

His bell tower feat has been calced at a casual 10K tons which is well above Superman's 2K ton apartment building feat from JL. Peter also has webbing that Clark has no chance of breaking out of.

The drone hallway bullet timing feat shows that he has precog and way faster combat speed which means that Supes is never tagging him.

Bullet train feat also puts his durability above Supes. The train outputted around 300+ tons of force which is better than anything Supes can dish out or take. Supers got KO'd by a bullet; the train will kill him.

Lastly, Peter definitely has the damage output to harm Supes significantly as he staggered Thanos with his strikes and performed better than Hulk or unarmed Thor. Thanos, Hulk and Thor are miles above Supes in every way.

Supes just isn't strong at all compared to the MCU.

Stops at the only guy on the list who has tanked a real nuke at point-blank range.

Superman never tanked a nuke point blank. He used Doomsday as a meat shield and only took 0.1% of the blast and still died.

Thor casually no-sold the full force of a neutron star and Thanos is above him.

Iron Man no-sold a relavistic meteor with no issue so a nuke will be nothing. Spider-Man probably gets killed by this nuke but like I said, he could at least tank the much weaker from BvS.
