The Avengers are the weak link as a whole here, they are an Earth based team. Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow, and even Ironman, cannot stand up to SS, Gladiator, Nova, BRB, Ronan, Quasar ,Supes, GL,ETC... The only people on the Avengers the JLA and annihilators need to worry about are Thor and Hulk.

So then it comes down to JLA vs Annihilators and that's a decent win for the anihhilators even with MM there are too many powerhouses on the Annihilators for both of the other teams
