Notable: The Elder Scrolls, Magi, The Dark Tower/King-Verse, Marvel, etc.

Still very powerful: Masadaverse, Shin Megami Tensei, Lessa, Warhammer, To Aru Majutsu no Index, etc.

Far away from most powerful, but still on Top: Madoka Magica, Nasuverse, Demonbane, Noein, Kurumadaverse, Digimonverse, etc.

Not relevant: Suggsverse

There are probably some verses in fiction that i forget, which would replace my top 5 or others here, but since i don´t know every verse....

Also i also mostly count the verses based on the hierarchy and not because some omnipotent statements. That´s why excluded Tenchi Muyo and Gokukoku no Brynhildr, etc.

There are many verses out there that are obscure that are pretty powerful most likely, so you can never get a clear answer on this.

When They Cry is the strongest verse I know of so far. I used to put composite DC barely above it due to Vertigo, but DC got rectonned to fodder so R.I.P.

ISSTH's is too obscure and too long to know for sure. I can't get a concrete answer from fans on their limits They are powerful for sure though.

the strongest i know is a Cultivation novel that goes far beyond the concepts of math, be it spatial laws/dimensions or time etc.

even TOAA and DC/Marvel verses are mentioned in this novel and goes beyond that as well.

The Nasuverse is pretty insane tbh. If I had to choose, I'd have to go with it for the strongest verse based off it having the perfect mix of raw power, hax, and cosmology.

For others, I'd go with Umineko, SCP, Lovecraft, and DC/Marvel/DB verse.

Why is it being mentioned so much?

1. Is DC because DC has Lucifer, Wf Mxy(nearly bugs bunny level or even on par at this point), The Presence can’t be used as its omnipotent, the Endless, and Perpetua. And if you add vertigo or whatever they changed their name to, it’s got The Leviathan of stories, Enlil, Utu and an actually powerful character name Gilgamesh (not the ccc trash thats overwanked) and then if you add Warner Bro’s they have have looney toons and other verses with the most powerful of Toon Force and stuff like Mortal Kombat (that isn’t that powerful but a argument can be made raiden is at least universal)

2. SCP verse has beings like 3812 and all these other SCP’s that can go up against so many characters.

3. people may take the Azathoth waking up thing too seriously, but the entire hp lovecraft verse is extremely powerful and seems to be very powerful(could be below marvel)

4. Marvel has characters like Toaa (who has been unfortunately retconned) and pre retcon beyonder (another retconned character) Thanos with astral regulator who retconned beings to be universal in that story and other things like that. Disney has a toon force like Mickey Mouse but I feel Mickey has nothing on the weakest looney toons character so idk.

5. maybe Umineko as it has characters like the witches who are extremely powerful and I guess can go above marvel and hp lovecraft and it does have Featherine who has a lot of crazy feats but I feel marvel and hp lovecraft verse characters can still beat her.

Imagine being a wack Pseudo-set-theorist while arguing Cthulhu Mythos is amongst the strongest when the verse says literally nothing even about Ordinality (not that this is valid in a crossover debate), but only Geometric Dimensions.
